At Rado Labs Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality medical diagnostics and preventive health services to all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the process for doing so.
1. No Refunds After Availing Services
Once a diagnostic test, health screening, or any related service has been availed, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. This is due to the nature of medical testing and the irreversible costs involved in sample collection, processing, and report generation.
2. Refunds Due to Service Unavailability
If, due to reasons solely attributable to Rado Labs Ltd, we are unable to deliver the booked service, a full refund will be issued within 7 (seven) business days from the date of confirmation of non-service.
3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If a customer cancels a booked service before availing it, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, the full value of the payment may be adjusted against any future booking or service with Rado Labs Ltd within a reasonable time frame, subject to management approval.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (only in eligible cases as per Section 2), customers must contact our support team via email.

The refund request should include the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number or Booking Reference Number
- Date of Transaction and Service Booked
- Reason for Refund Request
- Incomplete information may delay the review and processing of your request.
5. Processing of Refunds
Once a refund request is verified and approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used during the booking. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services, such as sample collection, home visits, and administrative charges, are non-refundable once initiated, regardless of the outcome or report.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding refunds or payments, the decision of Rado Labs Ltd management shall be final and binding. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
